During the second visit, the necessary findings are collected: X-rays (panoramic X-rays and teleradiographs), photos, medical history and 3D scans of the teeth in the upper and lower jaw. We also carry out a comprehensive clinical examination. Based on thorough analysis of these findings, we produce the ideal treatment plan for your child.

The brace will then be checked and reactivated at roughly six-week intervals. These regular checks are essential to ensure a successful treatment process: missed appointments will extend the duration of treatment! To stabilise the teeth, we apply fixed retainers – internal, invisible wires in the anterior area – at the end of the treatment. As an alternative, night aligners may be used for stabilisation.
